Our offices promote low emissions, low energy use, as well as health, well-being and culture. We recognize that by creating a sustainable working space we arenot only environmentally responsible, but we also strengthen our core operations and establish a sense of community between our employees.

The workspaces have been carefully designed to improve sound insulation, create open space and accentuate light. Thus, creating a more engaging and creative working environment, aimed to improve the enjoyment and productivity of its employees.

Central to the design of the building was the creation of a workplace that is as environmentally friendly as possible. For this reason, the presence of green (natural and artificial) inside and outside the building is strong, there is extensive use of natural gas, plus a third level biological treatment for water.

Special areas for recycling products, packaging and waste exist in numerous parts of our facilities, while the design of the building offers significant energy savings. Indicatively, all the openings have been replaced with large surface energy curtains, which allow natural light in the space, contributing to the creation of a suitable climatic condition. There is also an energy management system of the building (BEMS), in cooperation with the VRV air conditioning system and mechanical ventilation of office spaces, as well as a KNX automation system.

To improve its environmental footprint, electric car charger spaces and bicycle parking were set up to encourage a more sustainable mode of transport. Only organic cleaning products are used, and infrastructure has been set up to support recycling throughout the building.
