A. In General – Usage Agreement

“WESTnet DISTRIBUTION – DISTRIBUTIONS, TRADE, INDUSTRY, PRODUCTION SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME” with distinctive title “WESTnet DISTRIBUTION SINGLE MEMBER SA” and Registration Number of Hellenic Business Registry 6419201000, having its registered office at the Municipality of Kifissia, Attica (hereinafter the “Company”) at 22 Thivaidos Street, is the creator of the website www.tsb-europe.com (hereinafter the “website”). The visitor / user accepts the following terms of use, which apply to all content, pages, graphics, images, photos and files contained on the website. The existing, as well as any new services included on the website are subject to these terms of use, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice to the users thereof. Continuing to use the website following any amendments means that the visitor / user unconditionally accepts the present terms.

B. Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights – Visitor / User liability

The content (including texts, graphics, trademarks and logos) and the design of the website are the intellectual property of the Company in accordance with the applicable laws and are available only for personal and not commercial or other use. The Courts of Athens are exclusively competent for any disputes arising herefrom.
